Working Of PU Heat Transfer Label

Activation: Place the heat transfer label face down on the fabric. When applied heat (usually via a heat press), the heat-sensitive adhesive on the label is activated.

 

Bonding: The adhesive softens and adheres to the fibers of the fabric, forming a strong and long-lasting bond. This bonding is critical to the durability of the label, ensuring it can withstand washing, stretching and a variety of conditions.

 

Cool: After pressing the label onto the fabric, allow it to cool. During this cooling period, the adhesive solidifies, firmly adhering the label to the garment.

 

Peel off: Once the label has cooled and the adhesive has set, peel off the carrier or backing paper so the label sticks to the fabric. What's left is a seamless, label-free label that's comfortable on the skin and delivers important information and branding.
