Common usage of silicone self-adhesive labels is as follows:
Basic operation steps
Clean the surface: Make sure there is no oil or dust on the silicone surface. Wipe it with anhydrous ethanol or special cleaning agent if necessary.
Positioning and pasting: Tear off the substrate paper and isolation paper, cut the size as needed, apply 20N/m pressure and hold for 10 minutes.
Curing treatment: Let it stand for 24 hours at room temperature to achieve the best bonding strength, or use a flat vulcanizer to accelerate curing (suitable for industrial scenarios).
Precautions
Avoid contact with skin or eyes. If contact occurs, seek medical attention in time.
The recommended storage temperature is 8-21℃. Unopened products can be refrigerated for a short period of time.
Keep the environment ventilated during bonding to avoid solvent volatilization and irritation to the respiratory tract.
The thickness of the adhesive layer must be ≤1mm. Too thick will affect the bonding effect.
