Hello everyone, when it comes to silicone transfer labels, they are also called silicone hot stamping labels, silicone hot stamping labels, mold silicone labels, engraved silicone labels, etc., which are also silicone hot stamping labels. What are the differences in the processes of these silicone labels?

The first process is the silk-screen silicone label, which is also a common practice and method. The method is relatively simple. It is to design the artwork, open the silk-screen screen, adjust the required silicone color, and continuously superimpose the silk-screen on the transfer paper to achieve a three-dimensional height. After the silk-screen is completed, it is dried at high temperature, so that it can be pressed on the required fabric.

Advantages: simple development and customizable colors.

Disadvantages: small quantity and inconvenient operation, high cost, and relatively labor-intensive.

The second method is the mold silicone label. This type of silicone label has a strong three-dimensional sense and good surface curvature effect. The development cost is high and the process is relatively complicated. It is based on the customer's artwork, a three-dimensional silicone mold is opened, the mold is filled with glue, dried, and then positioned on the transfer paper after molding. After the finished label is completed, the customer can press it on the required fabric.

Advantages: high development cost, customizable color, customizable three-dimensional curvature.

Disadvantages: small quantity, inconvenient operation, high cost, and more labor-intensive.

Another type is the engraved silicone label. With the changes in clothing demand, many customers now require more styles and less quantity for each style. The engraved silicone label can meet this demand. The process is to carve the selected silicone engraving film according to the artwork design, manually remove the redundant film, and after the finished product is completed, it can be pressed on the fabric.

Advantages: convenient development, few color choices, and small quantity can be operated.

Disadvantages: complex graphics are difficult to operate, and multi-color is difficult to achieve.
