Silicone sheet is a thin sheet material made of silicone (mainly silicon dioxide) through vulcanization, calendering and other processes. Its thickness is usually between 0.1mm and 10mm (data source: "Silicon Materials" journal), with the following core characteristics:
1. Temperature resistance: can work stably in the range of -60℃ to 250℃ (refer to the American Society for Testing and Materials ASTM D2000 standard).
2. Insulation: The volume resistivity is as high as 10^15Ω·cm, which is suitable for electronic packaging.
3. Flexibility: The tear strength exceeds 15kN/m (according to the GB/T 528 test standard), and it is easy to cut and fit.
