Design pattern: First, the pattern needs to be designed into a special template for transfer, and four-color overprinting (CMYK) technology is usually used to produce high-precision patterns.
High-temperature ironing: Place the pattern template on the surface of the PU material and transfer the pattern to the material through high-temperature and high-pressure equipment.
Post-processing: If needed, it can be combined with processes such as embossing and UV printing to enhance the effect, such as adding a three-dimensional effect to the edge of the pattern or adjusting the color level.
