There are three main methods for making silicone transfer labels:
Molded silicone transfer: First open the mold, then pour the adjusted liquid mold silicone into the copper mold, and use a machine to vulcanize and shape it. After cooling and demolding, attach hot melt glue, remove the mucous membrane, and then attach the negative film.
Advantages: high thickness, strong three-dimensional sense, suitable for making various arcs.
Silk screen silicone transfer: Print silicone, transfer glue, hot melt glue and other materials on high temperature release film through screen printing.
Advantages: It can achieve a variety of effects such as glossy, matte, reflective, double-layer, etc. The recently popular toothbrush silicone thermal transfer also belongs to the silk screen category.
Lettering film silicone transfer: Use laser lettering on the silicone lettering film substrate, and then attach the negative film.
Advantages: low cost, fast production speed, a variety of materials, and can achieve reflective and multiple color effects.
Hot stamping steps:
Adjust the parameters of the heat press machine, set the temperature to 150 degrees and the pressure to 4-5kg.
Place the garment flat on the working surface of the heat press machine, and place the heat press film facing up and the adhesive side facing down in the corresponding position.
After pressing for 15 seconds on both sides, tear it off after cooling.
